A21 was founded by arch. Irena Tomović in 2008 and deals with the development of project documentation for buildings with different purposes:
The documentation is done for the purpose of building new facilities, reconstruction and adaptation of existing ones, but also to verify the investment and sustainability of solutions.

In 2001, IrenaTomovic graduated at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade, where her parents, Emilia and Radosav, were also graduates.
She started working in that same year.
In 2004, she was licensed to design the architecture of buildings and interiors, landscaping of terrain, plumbing and sewage in the building, as well as to manage the construction works for the specified types of works.
She gained extensive experience working for recognized local architects, design bureaus, as well as for a renowned private contractor company, working on demanding projects and multimillion investments in positions of the Main and Chief Designer.
She also collaborated with foreign counterparts from Israel, Great Britain, Germany and Italy.
One of the most significant counterparts she has worked with is the author of the Delta City Mall, Tel Aviv-based architect Issy Kagan, MYC architect, whose letter of recommendation is provided in the attachment file.
In 2008, she established a firm for design, engineering and consulting, A21 d.o.o.
