For the client’s needs, we are analyzing the technical solution and evaluating investments planned for maintenance of buildings in the business complex in Podgorica for the next budget year.In the course of the year, we are working on different solutions of planned maintenance, preparation of necessary graphic contributions and bill of quantities for submitting bids, collecting at least three bids and monitoring the performance of works and checking quantities.
Some of the works are:
Renovation of the former Gorenje building with surface approx. 2000m2, which was purchased in 2015 and has since been an integral part of the Neregelia business complex.Documentation for the repair of the building was done, organized and followed the necessary laboratory examinations. I was involved in meetings dealing with planned interventions, provided optional solutions , monitored the work and checked the sheets of the construction logs.The main planned works were the rehabilitation of the roof covers and roof drains (bitumen membranes), repair of cracks of the floor, changing of old lighting with LED lighting, the introduction of forced ventilation, the installation of floor drains in one part of the warehouse, as well as the installation of oil and fat separators, rehabilitation of cola surfaces, construction of overhead dock, rehabilitation of façade.

Consulting on the purchase of land for the expansion of the Montenomax business complex in Danilovgrad, along with the budgeting of the investment of temporary storage facilities through the development of variable urban solutions and assistance in the development of the project task.
