Conceptual design for the upgrade of the business facility Stratus doo in Podgorica, with an area of ​​approximately 2870m2.

The proposal was to keep the façade on the ground floor made of brick façade, and to cover the floors as well as the superstructure with composite panel material of a contrasting color.

Together with the graphic documentation, the investment estimate for the submitted solution was submitted.
