The project was made at the request of the Investor, Mr. Vujović Vojislav.

In the basement there is a space for storage, on the ground floor two two-bedroom housing units, on the 1st and 2nd floor one three-bedroom housing unit and in the attic two two-bedroom units with attic storage.

The dimension of the horizontal dimensions of the building is axial 12m x 12m not counting the terraces, and 5 levels.
