HOUSING - ADAPTATION WITH CONSTRUCTION

Location: Podgorica / Area: 100m2 / year: 2015.

Conceptual design for the adaptation of existing stone buildings and the construction of a new ground floor building as a unified residential building.

The proposal envisages the maximum opening of the newly designed building with a living room, open kitchen and dining room, towards the intimate central courtyard and the accommodation of accompanying facilities in the existing stone buildings.

The glass wall towards the central courtyard opens to the maximum in order to make maximum contact with nature.
