 Reconstruction works with change of its use (from office building to residential building) lasted considerably longer than planned due to hidden flaws of the existing building, so construction was stopped by supervision. A new project for construction was done, and the work continued in line with that project.

The performer of the supervisory job was A21, which together with partner firms completed the work from September 2016 to April 2017.
